Stagecoach introduce new timetables to improve services following the reopening of Greyhound bridge on Sunday 7th October.

A new timetable will operate from Monday 8th October following the successful opening of Greyhound Bridge in Lancaster City centre. Details of the new timetable can be found on the Stagecoach website and it's looking like great news for Students who stand to benefit from a total of 14 buses an hour now serving the University, an additional two on last year!

Changes mean that the frequency of service between campus and the city centre has improved from every 15 minutes to every 10 minutes and services to Skerton and Heysham are also set to resume.

Bus services will remain busy as term gets underway so please ensure you leave enough time for your journey despite the improvements and we also suggest familiarising yourself with the latest bus timetable which can be found online. A paper copy of the new timetable can also be found at the University Reception desk and from Student Based Services in The Base.
