drawn large from Comm of Police, occurs
with its upper spirals at angle still [diagram] b Central trefoil
more developed and still more like
the form of L. with divided leaf - All the cusps slightly truncated about
-alternating with Bracket Byzantine ¼ of an inch Casa Bernardo
in the new looking house between
Commissary’s and Mr Brown's. Finial pendant twisted . same as
named in the paper of houses on that Giustiniani
side of canal. foscari though not so much nor
so gracefully

I never yet have seen the cusp separated
from the lower cavetto by so mere a line: a.
not the eighth of an inch deep.
the cusps are all slightly truncated - about 1/4 or
1/3 of an inch over the point
b. shows the arrangement of the central
trefoil -. c. of the upper 4 foil the moulding
the same throughout.
The pendant finial is of leaves twisted
much like that of the Giustiniani -though
not so much nor so gracefully - Done.
