                                                                      Now at p.19 the upper [?] plinth
                                                                      is seen beginning to go round the recess
                                                                      now m. there is b here [diagram] are the slabs of
                                                                      marble answering to usual dentil which
                                                                      from soffits of the outer arch and sub arch
                                                                      as far as in - about a foot. where the
                                                                      marble ceases and the vile modern
                                                                      mosaic begins. The shaded part
                                                                      is the solid archivolt. its angle
                                                                      in the base of sub arch, being
                                                                      very nearly the correspondent with
                                                                      the angle of the wall pier all
                                                                      the way down
                                                                      
                                                                      The wall at a corresponds below with archivolts above
                                                                      			which as
                                                                      below a  b  c. leaves        ^        always upper their very plinth
