                                                                      The outer red ones have pale red verona bases. and are
                                                                      seen against grey & white marble.

                                                                      The white ones veined with grey are seen against green serpentine
                                                                      and have bases of spotty red marble. not so dark as
                                                                      the porphyry nor light as the Verona. The inner red have
                                                                      dark; grey marble bases. The upper white
                                                                      plinth has its panels filled with deep green.
