Turner produced seven illustrations to an eight volume edition of Lord Byron's Works, published in 1825. From 1832-1834, Murray published a larger edition of Byron with vignetts by Turner (engraved by Finden): The Life and Works of Lord Byron in seventeen volumes. Ruskin probably refers to Finden's Landscape and Portrait Illustrations to the Life and Works of Lord Byron (1833-1834), which contained 124 illustrations in three volumes 'including Turner's seven original Byron illustrations, the seventeen for Life and Works, and two new ones presumably especially for it' (see Herrmann, Turner Prints p.192).
