2. Registration Rates There is likely to be an upper limit on registrations which will be secured on a "first come" basis. No registration is secured unless full payment has been made in advance as follows:
Registration without accommodation: The conference begins at 14.00 on Tuesday and ends at 14.00 on Thursday.
Participation at the conference is free and includes documentation, organisation, meeting rooms, equipment hire and refreshments. Any registration must, however, be explicitly requested.
There is a £5.00 daily charge for lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. This covers neither evening meals nor accommodation.
Registration with accommodation and meals: The daily rate for delegates (24 hours) is £105 running from 14.00 hours on one day to the next.
The fully inclusive rate for 48 hours is £210. These rates include dinner, bed and breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
Note - lunch is not provided on Tuesday. These times are subject to change and will be confirmed closer to the date.
Residential

Part Time Attendance, Full Board 24hr delegate rate - £105

Special Requirements
Please inform us of any special dietary needs, or if you require wheelchair access, etc.
Any delegates who wish to book accommodation at the Belsfield for extra nights should enter details in the box above.
3. Payment
Full payment, in sterling, may be made in one of four ways. You may send us a cheque or bank transfer, use a credit card or you may give us an address and order number which will allow us to send you an invoice.

5. Cancellations
A £30 administration charge will be made in the case of any cancellations. No refunds can be made after 15th March 2002.
