Conference Presentations - all you need to know

Applications for presentations are open to all 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students participating on a Lancaster University undergraduate course from across all Teaching Partnerships.

The deadline for applications has closed. Join us for the conference from this link.

As in 2021 for the March 2022 conference, all presentations will displayed on our conference website as an online webpage for each student, containing images and text in a poster-style or story board format.

The deadline for the 2022 conference is now closed - why not think about applying for 2023?

Student presentation webpages have the flexibility to include short video and audio clips. As a presenter, you can make a scroll-down online story board, or simply choose to present a PDF version of a conventional A0 conference poster. We encourage the inclusion of a short audio or video clip introducing your presentation.

Additionally, presenters are invited to attend a live 'Spotlight on Presenters' session, hosted by a conference advocate and held during the week of the conference. Each presenter has time to introduce their research and answer questions from both the advocate and the audience.

Watch the 2021 "Spotlight on Presenters" sessions from this link.

Successful applicants will be notified in by the end of January and have until 1st March to upload their webpage. Guidance and support will be provided and we welcome innovative ideas, as long as they are accessible to all viewers and comply with permitted file sizes and formats. The presentation website is specifically designed for the conference and will be externally visible on the Institute for Curriculum Enhancement website after the conference ends.

But first, we need to know more about you and your research through an application form.
