David Milman delivered a talk on the subject of 'Quasi Partnerships and the Unfair Prejudice Jurisdiction' to the Annual Conference of the Northern Chancery Bar Association on Saturday October 12th 2019. The talk drew upon research undertaken over the past 12 months and which has recently been published in The Company Lawyer. This research considers the implications of the phenomenon of quasi partnership relationships for corporate practice and litigation. In attendance at this event (which attracted 45 participants) were prominent members of the Chancery judiciary in the North, including the new Vice Chancellor of the County Palatine, Sir Richard Snowden, and many leading silks. The conference was held at the offices of Exchange Chambers on Deansgate in Manchester.
