Event Details

In this stand-alone session, you will work in a group to create ideas around recycling.

You will work collaboratively to come up with ways to encourage students and staff to recycle and address the desires and challenges faced by students and staff around waste disposal and recycling.

The Sustainability Idea Jams are stand-alone sessions in which participants collaborate to create ideas to address a United Nations Sustainable Development Goal. These sessions are suitable for anyone who is interested in sustainability, teamwork, or creative methods. You do not need to consider yourself creative as these methods are designed to help all types of people work together to create valuable ideas.

These sessions are for the fun of exploring ideas. If you decide to take any idea forward after the session you will be given support to develop it.

This event is part of the U Start project which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Northern Powerhouse scheme.
