Office Space FAQ

Below is a useful selection of information which we hope will address your initial questions.

When do I have access to the building?

You will have 24/7 access to the building. You will be provided with keys for your office and also swipe cards to access the building according to your requirements.

What will speed will my broadband connection be?

There are 3 levels of bandwidth to choose from at varying cost. You will be provided with a specified number of Global IP Addresses.

What charges will appear on my invoice?

There are six itemised charges that are invoiced and payable monthly:

  1. Rent
  2. Business Rates (as per local authority charge) including Service Charge
  3. Furniture (the furniture is charged per person office at a cost of £10 per person)
  4. Telephones (line rental, provision of handset and call costs)
  5. Broadband Connection (as per the chosen bandwidth)

Costing will be provided on application.

What parking is available to my staff and visitors?

Parking permits are available to all companies, they can be purchased on an annual or termly basis, parking is provided very close to the office facilities at Lancaster Environment Centre.
