Do you have an EBSCO account for saving searches or results? Ensure continued access to your account by resetting your EBSCO account password.

Following the introduction of strong password requirements in 2018, EBSCO users using a username and password for authentication will now have an expiration date applied to passwords. To ensure uninterrupted access to any personalised content on the EBSCO platform from database searches (e.g. MEDLINE, CINAHL, PsycINFO, SOCIndex, Academic Search Ultimate, Business Source Complete, SportDiscus) you are encouraged to update your password before it expires. Once passwords are reset, they will be valid for 365 days.

You can reset your EBSCO password by logging into your personal account on the EBSCO platform. Once logged into the platform you should then have the option to ‘Update my account’ from where you will find the password reset option.
