Thesis Outline

My thesis is provisionally entitled: Frames and Cuts: Post-Millennial Representations of West Asian Female Identities.

I am investigating mediations of female identities in texts and media that represent West Asian women in the contemporary period, and exploring models of witnessing, visualising, and testimony.
