Melissa Bagley (PhD Thesis and Coursework, 2010 starter) has successfully completed her viva for PhD, subject to amendments.

Melissa's thesis is on multilingual literacy practices in Malta, with the title 'Textually-mediated social organisation for knowledge exchange: a study of language choice in institutional texts', supervised by Mark Sebba.

Thanks to examiners Frances Giampapa, Julia Gillen and chair Johnny Unger.

The viva was held on 20th March entirely via Teams, with no technical hitches.
