Join Ali Moorhouse, Therapeutic Yoga Instructor for a one hour wellbeing session of moving mindfully, breath awareness and relaxation.
Join Ali Moorhouse, Therapeutic Yoga Instructor for a one hour wellbeing session of moving mindfully, breath awareness and relaxation. Sessions will include elements from yoga, Pilates, physiotherapy and mindfulness meditation to promote holistic health and wellbeing and inspire a calmer way of living.
Participants can expect:
- Gentle warm up sequences to mobilise the joints and warm the muscles
- Breath awareness and simple techniques to expand and soften the breath to calm the nervous system
- A variety of stretching sequences to release stress and holding in the body
- Static holds to develop muscular strength and stability
- Mindfulness relaxations to restore a sense a calm in the middle of the day
So…. Come along, take a breather, move your body and connect with others! Bring your own yoga mat or towel. Takes place in County Bar (bar will be closed)
