Will most likely have them earlier in the term to avoid clashes during exam period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LANs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>19:28<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Will most likely have two LANs this term, not entirely sure on the dates of these yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Discord Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>19:32<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Created a new Discord Policy regarding using &#8220;@everyone&#8221;. Will now send out newsletters on Sunday and then the General Secretary will use @everyone <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">once<\/span><\/strong> a week, most likely on Wednesdays, as a quick reminder of the events that we have going on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jerseys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>19:33<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Will soon decide on a design for the jerseys and submit to Raven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>19:33<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; We will now be giving <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">at least two weeks<\/span><\/strong> notice for all events so that events aren&#8217;t created and advertised at the last minute. Events will also have to be submitted to the General Secretary by <g class=\"gr_ gr_5 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"5\" data-gr-id=\"5\">5pm<\/g> each Wednesday to be added into the newsletter for the next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Super Smash Bros.
