Decided to use Kirkby Lonsdale coach service and that we are willing to make a loss of up to a \u00a3100 for the trip. Also decided that we <strong>may<\/strong> potentially open up temporary membership to LUGES to allow people not part of the selected societies to go on the trip. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><strong>6<\/strong><\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Will convert the Alton Towers Risk Assessment form to confirm with the Union&#8217;s standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><strong>9<\/strong><\/em><\/strong> &#8211; At the time of the meeting, we have 20 confirmed members of LUGES going on the trip, 2 confirmed from Senet and 10 people that are undecided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><strong>10<\/strong><\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Decided that we need confirmation on the actual numbers by the end of the break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><strong>11<\/strong><\/em> <\/strong>&#8211; Would encourage people to use the LUGES website to let us know if they are able to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:12<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; The booking fee for the trip would also cover the deposit required for the trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><strong>13<\/strong><\/em><\/strong> &#8211; *Times for the trip:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Arriving at Alton Towers at 10:05<\/li><li>Leaving Alton Towers at 17:00<\/li><li>Returning from Alton Towers at 19:30<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*<em>All times are currently approximate<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:14<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Clarified that only University members would be able to join, may be problematic for LURPS as some of their members aren\u2019t University students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:15<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Need to inquire if anyone going on the trip requires wheelchair access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:17<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Need to also clarify safety procedures for the trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:<strong>20<\/strong><\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Decided to create a Facebook Messenger group with the core committee members from their respective societies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>15:<strong>22<\/strong><\/em><\/strong> &#8211;
