Dota 2 team had ultimately decided that they wanted to play during Roses, however, by the time they had finished playing all the buses back to Lancaster had left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:43<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Discussed the motion of whether to reimburse the Dota 2 team for transport back to Lancaster or to refuse to pay and open the matter to a LUSU investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:45<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; It was explained that the Dota 2 team was never given prior permission for accommodation at York during Roses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:46<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Esports coordinators explained that they had left the Dota 2 team at Roses under the impression that the Dota 2 team were comfortable playing, and thus staying overnight, at Roses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:48<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Considering asking the Union for funding for future equipment due to a committee member&#8217;s concerns that we would not be able to afford equipment currently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:49<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Considered the repercussions of reimbursing the Dota 2 team and the effect that either action could have for the Society&#8217;s image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:50<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Committee was informed that Committee members are not allowed to give instructions to other members under the false pretence that the instruction came from any other Committee member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:51<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Discussed removing general meetings from the LAN party schedules and having them as their own separate event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:56<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Committee vote on the motion of fully reimbursing the Dota 2 team for transport back to Lancaster:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For the motion &#8211; 6<\/li><li>Against the motion &#8211; 4<\/li><li>Abstentions &#8211; 1 (Committee member not present)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Motion passed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:57<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Committee vote on the motion of allowing two-on-one or one-on-one meeting between the President, and potentially, the Vice President and Committee members without having minutes being recorded:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For the motion &#8211; 10<\/li><li>Against the motion &#8211; 0<\/li><li>Abstentions &#8211; 1 (Committee member not present)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Motion passed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:59<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; Confirmed that there should be approximately nine Committee members available for the LUGES Annual BBQ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>18:43<\/em><\/strong> &#8211;
