class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>19:06<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<strong>Meeting Start<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Committee is not sure if they will be able to run the Belong Arena event this term but may be able to organise the event for next term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Committee decided that instead of attending the LUMAS\/Pok\u00e9Soc bar crawl in Week 9, we would be able to join Senet on their bar crawl in Week 9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ben <\/strong>suggested that we could still potentially have a four-society bar crawl.<\/li><li><strong>Josh <\/strong>responded by stating that there may be some sort of competition that&#8217;s being run for the members of the LUMAS\/Pok\u00e9Soc bar crawl.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ben<\/strong> stated that all the Committee members should submit at least one question for <strong>Josh<\/strong> so he can create the feedback survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current questions that <strong>Josh<\/strong> has so far are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Are you a casual gamer or more Esports oriented?<\/li><li>What do you like\/dislike about the Society?<\/li><li>What do you want to see in the Society?<\/li><li>If you aren&#8217;t a member, why is this the case?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> The Committee will mostly likely use Qualtrics instead of Office Surveys to create the survey as we still have our IT account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Committee decided that the best way to share the surveys would be shared via Facebook, Twitter, Email and Discord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Committee decided that we would most likely not have a quiz for tonight&#8217;s social as to not distract from Rockband.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mo<\/strong> stated that he would check to see what the issue was with <strong>James&#8217;<\/strong> reimbursement for the tape that he bought on the behalf of the Society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mo<\/strong> stated that he would chase up Pendle JCR about Pendle Bar&#8217;s availability for Term 2 Rockband
