11 pm<\/strong>\n  <\/td><td>\n  Jackbox\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  <strong>12 pm onwards<\/strong>\n  <\/td><td>\n  LUGES after dark\n  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rockband bookings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Regarding Pendle Bar bookings for next term, the Committee suggested having the Pendle Social on Thursdays instead of Wednesdays.<ul><li><strong>Katie <\/strong>suggested using the Rockband Social as a replacement for the County Social.<\/li><li><strong>Katie<\/strong> agreed to message Pendle&#8217;s JCR. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">County Socials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Katie<\/strong> stated that the Tuesday socials are not popular with the membership, with the feedback corroborating this point.<ul><li><strong>Katie<\/strong> stated that the main issue with County Socials is that there is &#8220;nothing to do&#8221;.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>According to feedback, the membership seems to want options other than Super Smash Bros. during socials.<\/li><li><strong>James<\/strong> stated that people only play what they are already familiar with.<\/li><li>It was stated that the last time socials were fun was during the &#8220;board-game&#8221; phase of the Society.<ul><li>However, bringing back board games wouldn&#8217;t be an option for the Society as the Society would then lack an identity and be confused with Senet.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>The Committee noted that most of the people that go to County Socials only go to the social to play Smash Bros.<\/li><li><strong>James <\/strong>suggested monitoring what everyone plays during socials.<\/li><li><strong>Katie <\/strong>stated that total turnouts for the County Socials are low if the Committee and Smash players aren&#8217;t counted.<\/li><li><strong>Katie<\/strong> stated that she liked the Retro Mario Kart social that the Society had previously.<\/li><li><strong>Ben<\/strong> stated that the main appeal of being in a bar is having a drink and socialising and that this would not change regardless of the events that are being hosted on a particular week.<\/li><li>The Committee decided to ask the membership what they dislike about the County Social during the AGM.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sonic Social<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Sonic the Hedgehog movie comes out on the 14<sup>th<\/sup> of February. The Committee suggested having a themed event on this day.<\/li><li><strong>Katie<\/strong> suggested having the social on Saturday the 15<sup>th<\/sup> to which <strong>Josh<\/strong> disagreed.<ul><li><strong>Katie<\/strong> suggested having a poll in the Discord server to see what day the membership would prefer.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Water Witch Social<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Committee suggested having another Water Witch sometime Week 18, Thursday, 7:30 pm.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inventory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ben<\/strong> stated that he would print out labels for Society equipment to be used for the inventory.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Senet Social<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jess, the Senet Social Secretary, said she wanted to have a joined social with LUGES although the Committee are not aware of what this social would entail.<\/li><li><strong>Ben<\/strong> suggested that <strong>James<\/strong> talk to Jess about the nature of the social.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AOB<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>There still seems to be complaints regarding a member, Member A, of the society and another member of the Committee. The Committee was unsure as to what actions Member A would like taken against the Committee and\/or that particular member of the Committee.<\/li><li>The money from FRIENDS funding still hasn&#8217;t reached the Society&#8217;s bank account.<\/li><li><strong>Josh<\/strong> suggested having a vote on the unfilled roles on the Week 17 LAN instead of the AGM to prevent people that don\u2019t particularly want to run for a role from running.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AGM Motions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Motion to allocate 50% of the total budget to be set aside each year until we get a DDR machine.<\/li><li>Motion to, in addition to re-opening nominations for all non-essential Committee members (as defined by The Union), have the poro as a candidate.
