Dr. Neil McLatchie provides a space for business owners to reflect on and develop their leadership skills, drawing on a range of business coaching concepts and activities throughout.

Work in Progress Leadership Masterclass brings the immersive, collaborative, action-learning experience of our in-person events online. Over 2 days, you will learn and work within a cohort of up to 20 other businesses to create a personal and professional authentic leadership approach and leave the Masterclass with a clear strength- and opportunity-based leadership development plan.

Active Learning

From a combination of live sessions with Dr Neil McLatchie and guest speakers, collaborating with the network plus your individual work, you will develop your core leadership skills and increase your success as a contemporary start-up business owner, change-maker and entrepreneur.

This isn’t a typical online course. It’s a dynamic, immersive learning experience where you will build the foundations of your authentic and powerful leadership approach that will put your business in the spotlight to be recognised by your sector, and your clients and you will learn how to attract, keep and empower a workforce for the future as a force for good.

The Masterclass will facilitate the learning of values- and strength-based transformational leadership skills while allowing you to share your experiences and benefit from the group's wisdom. Incorporating a series of activities and practical experiential tasks across the two days, you will learn how to:

· Understand the value of leadership skills to business owners

· Identify yourself as a transformational and authentic leader

· Create a strength and opportunity-based leadership development plan

· Learn to transform vision into projects and then day-to-day tasks

· Develop traits such as emotional intelligence, resilience, time-management skills, and confidence

· Reflect on and anticipate contemporary leadership issues including digitisation, sustainability and inclusivity.

· Collaboratively network with peers to facilitate their leadership development and their business

. You will receive access to content and resources that have been curated to assist you in developing your skills, knowledge and experience.
