Lancaster University Management School’s five-week Leading Hybrid Teams in Uncertain Times programme introduces managers to agile, practical and innovative methods for guiding their companies in fluctuating environment following the Covid-19 pandemic.

Drawing on current research powered by Lancaster University Management School academics, our 5 week flexible digital professional development programme gives you space to lean into your leadership strengths, reflect and share your own experiences of leading in a digitally mediated world. You will explore how you can power up your leadership skills to build stronger connections with your team, whether they are remote, semi-remote or face-to-face.

Have you adapted your leadership style in the hybrid environment of face to face, semi-remote and remote team environments? Have you accelerated the care and wellbeing of your teams through these uncertain times? How confident are you that your leadership approach is supporting the new climate of dispersed teams using digital technology now more than ever?

Using insights from LUMS leadership experts you’ll develop an action plan that will fast-track your leadership as you bring your teams together and create a future focus for success in their new formation.

This is a blended learning programme which combines self-facilitated study to be completed in a timescale which works for you with interactive live sessions.

Starting April 2021: 5 weekly modules of flexible digital learning combined with three 120 minute live digital learning sessions with LUMS academics and your peer network.

Interactive live learning sessions

  • Friday 30 April 1-3pm
  • Friday 14 May 1-3pm
  • Friday 28 May 1-3pm
