Mental health has been a huge topic of discussion during COVID. It is hard to think of a group of people unaffected. The additional stresses of childcare, working from home, fear (or reality) of job losses and financial insecurity, health worries, lack of social interaction and, for others, an inability to access essential mental health services. This talk examines what research can tell us about the impact of COVID on mental health. How worried should we be?
