2 day course which runs from 13th - 14th May 2020.
Therapies using a combination of drugs have become the mainstream approach in many therapeutic areas. They, however, require more advanced designs compared to single-agent trials. This course will consider novel dose-finding designs for combinations and dose-schedule trials. The topics include Phase I designs for binary and non-binary toxicity endpoints, and Phase I/II designs for multiple endpoints. The workshop will involve practical sessions in R on these designs implementations.
