Final year Art, Design, Film and Theatre students at Lancaster University invite you to ‘Re-Boot!’ this month with a celebratory showcase of their work.

The show curated by Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts final year students 2022 is entitled Re-boot! because it acknowledges a healthy kickstart to their ambitions post-pandemic.

The exhibition opens on Thursday, June 23, from 6pm to 8.30pm in The Great Hall Foyer at Lancaster University.

Members of the public are invited to visit the FREE show which runs between June 23 and June 29.

Lancaster University venues showing final year work include the Peter Scott Gallery, the LICA Building and Bowland Annexe Studios – all on campus at Bailrigg.

The open night celebrations are free and visitors can expect to see painting, drawing, sculpture, new media work, film, innovative design projects, performances and film and theatre screenings.

In addition, final year films will be screened at The Dukes, Lancaster on Tuesday, June 28 from 3.30pm to 5.30pm followed by a reception.

LICA Degree Show Coordinator Pip Dickens, also a Fine Art Lecturer, said: “Re-boot! is a very special celebration of Art, Design, Film and Theatre students' work.

“It is, in fact, a double celebration this year also signalling - at last - a return to a substantial physical series of exhibits on campus here at Lancaster University at the Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts.”

The Re-Boot! Degree Showwebsite will go live from June 23. http://reboot-2022.com
