Programme Assessment Strategies (PASS)
The first of Lancaster University's Assessment and Feedback principles is for assessment and feedback to form an integral part of programme design. The Programme Assessment Strategies (PASS) website, resulted from Higher Education Academy funded research, which focused on effective and inclusive programme assessment approach in the design of programme learning. The website is hosted by Bradford University provides useful resources, case studies and publications.
Transforming Assessment is a group of HE practitioners who 'meet' online to discuss practice, holding regular online events. The events are recording and the website has an archive of the events and presentations, along with a range of resources, references and useful contacts.
Assessment in Higher Education (AHE)
Assessment for learning is a key element promoted by the assessment and feedback principles. It is also at the centre of the AHE. The is coordinated by the University of Cumbria, which hosts an annual conference (around 26/27 June), and facilitates a range of Transforming Assessment webinars throughout the year. Recordings of all the webinars are found at the top of the site along with slides and recordings from past conferences.
