Tab Content: Overview
Technicians are an integral part of Lancaster’s teaching and research activity and directly support the delivery of the 2020 strategy. Technicians are increasingly involved in delivering the practical skills necessary for specialist techniques and are operating in an environment of increasingly complex equipment. Key to the recruitment, retention and development of high quality technical staff is the availability of relevant development opportunities, which promote the sharing of good practice and enhancement of skill sets-all key elements of the People Strategy.
