Henry MossPhD student
My research interests lie at the intersection of Statistics and Machine Learning, focusing mainly on Natural Language Processing. I am particularly interested in improving the interpretabiltiy and explainability of modern machine learning methods.
I am supervised by David Leslie and Paul Rayson.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge (2016). I particularly enjoyed the statistical courses and so took a research placement in computational genetics at the Welcome Sanger Trust. After graduation, I participated in the STOR-i internship, which led to completing an MRes and now (since 2017) working towards a PhD.
