Research Overview

I am currently conducting research for a PhD in adaptive thermal comfort in non domestic buildings, working with industry partners Hardy and Ellis Inventions. I am interested in adaptive thermal comfort, particularly the drivers and barriers for adapting to lower energy environments, and the concept of energy literacy.

From previous work in the charity sector, I am interested in social justice in energy markets, particularly the links between food poverty and fuel poverty.
