Cosmic inflation and dark energy hold the key to the origin and the eventual fate of the Universe. Dr Konstantinos Dimopoulos, a highly regarded expert in the field, has written the first introductory textbook providing advanced undergraduate and early graduate students with the tools they need to understand the cosmology of cosmic inflation and dark energy.

Dr Dimopoulos will provide a 40 minute colloquium on these topics followed by passages from his new book.

Following the talk, copies of the book will be available to purchase and Dr Dimopoulos will be available to sign them and answer any questions.
