Our Summer Schools programme offers a range of exciting opportunities for Year 12 students to experience university style learning, find out more about student life and develop the study skills they need to be successful in higher education. Taking place online this year, the Summer School gives students the chance to try academic taster sessions and live lectures, learn more about the University application process and talk to current students about what it is like to study at Lancaster. As part of the programme, you will be supported to complete a piece of academic work via a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) with tailored resources and online group work sessions facilitated by Student Ambassadors. This academic submission will be reviewed and full feedback is provided to give you handy hints and tips to improve your academic writing in the future.
