Lancaster Priory Church: the Jacobean pulpit (1619)

This was two tiers higher (a three-decker) when Fox visited the church to harangue Priest William Marshall and the congregation: a grand demonstration of the power of church and state. It used to be at the third pillar of the north side of the nave.
