Kendal Moot Hall to Underbarrow

There are only two direct ways of getting to Underbarrrow and Tullythwaite Hall from Kendal, the route marked and the more southerly route via Brigsteer. Anything else would involve a suicidal leap over Scout Scar. The Underbarrow Road seems the obvious way: it was the main route to Ulverston. There are breathtaking views of the Furness Fells from the top of the descent.

It should be in 'Sat' mode, with the 'Show labels' tag ticked. The 'Terrain' ('Ter') mode also gives a good impression of the topography.
