Some of the key challenges are described in \u2018<a href=\"\/reacttoolkit\/toolkit\/finding-out-about-bipolar\/what-is-bipolar-disorder\/\">Module 2 \u2013 What is Bipolar Disorder<\/a>\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Treatment options available from health professionals are outlined in \u2018<a href=\"\/reacttoolkit\/toolkit\/treatment-options\/treatment-options\/\">Module 10 \u2013 Treatment Options<\/a>\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this module we suggest some things that you as a relative can do that might help. These are based on our on experiences and those of relatives we have talked to.
