'In every professional is a student wanting to learn & in every student is a professional waiting to earn, the Graduate Code, connects both realms together.' This is a career support practical work book resulting from Akanimo Odon's experiences engaging with international graduates & professionals.

In the last ten years, Dr Akanimo Odon has organised and hosted over 100 international workshops and conferences, liaised and collaborated with government, industries and academia in over 30 African countries, developed more than 100 strategic educational partnerships between UK and African organisations, facilitated the setting up of over 20 African-focused SMEs, designed and implemented over 40 knowledge-transfer schemes and delivered career workshops to more than 5,000 young professionals and 30,000 students and graduates.

In 'The Graduate Code' he brings these experiences together to offer practical career advice to graduates and professionals alike.
