Research Assistant - Christina Winters

An undergraduate Psychology student is required to assist with a research project that investigates sensitive self-disclosure in security vetting scenarios. The research explores the effect of interviewer feedback on interviewee self-disclosure. The role involves processing sensitive interview data in which adult participants divulge personal confessions. Your main tasks will involve transcribing recorded interviews and coding 20% of interviews for details. You will receive training on coding interview content using ACID. You will also assist with some data entry and interpretation. Note: Interviews will be conducted via Skype and it is possible to take on the role remotely.
