‘Price of Plastic’ Breakfast Event

Come and join us for our ‘Price of Plastic’ breakfast event 22nd November 8.30-11.00 to discuss current trends, technologies & research on how societal challenges can become business opportunities.

The Centre for Global Eco-Innovation, part of Lancaster University, is hosting an event relevant to all business audiences who are keen to progress the plastics campaign after the ‘David Attenborough effect’.

Businesses are facing an increasing consumer demand to demonstrate corporate responsibility towards waste, single-use plastics and design for a circular economy. This involves the manufacture of products, use of materials in business processes and effective waste management.

As consumer expectations evolve, businesses are seeking to grow in a sustainable manner and demonstrate positive business practice.
