Virtual Tai Chi is back!

The Confucius Institute at Lancaster brings you a live online Tai Chi class. This is a perfect way to release the tension in your neck and shoulders, to get the energy flowing smoothly from head to toe through some gentle stretches and deep breathing. This class will help you feel energised and refreshed in just 30-minutes. The class will take place on Teams with Feixia Yu, a qualified and experienced instructor of Taichi and Qigong.

Feixia Yu is currently the Director of the Confucius Institute at the University of Central Lancashire and the founder of YuTaichi, running weekly Taichi and Qigong classes online and in person. Feixia Yu regularly features in the local press and has spoken on the topics of Taichi, Qigong and wellbeing at BBC Radio Lancashire.

Feixia Yu is a member of the International Health Qigong Federation and British Health Qigong Association. With an extensive amount of experience and training Feixia Yu is trained in Chen Style Taichi with Grand Master Chen Xiaowang (accepted as Chen Xiaowang “in-door disciple”) and qualified as Taijiquan Instructor at Chenjiagou Taijiquan School in 2013.

The class is free to Lancaster University staff and students (no experience necessary) and will take place on Tuesday’s from 12pm – 12:30pm in the Be Safe, Be Active Teams Group, within the Tai Chi Channel.
