It's a bit of a mini circuit this week. Make sure you don't take any more than 10 seconds rest in between each exercise!

Please remember to warm up before starting your workout.

Do the following exercises, taking 10 seconds rest in between each one...

45 seconds High Knees

10 Press Ups

30 seconds High Knees

20 Crunches

15 seconds High Knees

30 Jacks
