Please remember to warm up before starting your workout.

  • Minute 1: perform 1 burpee then rest for the remainder of minute
  • Minute 2: perform 2 burpees then rest for the remainder of minute
  • Minute 3: perform 3 burpees then rest for the remainder of minute
  • And so on…
