We're here to help you keep your mind, body and lifestyle healthy!

There is plenty happening at the Sport Centre this term to get your body moving and your brain relaxing. The start of the new year is a perfect time to try out some new free sessions and see how you like them.

We're also proud to be working alongside 'Five Ways to Wellbeing' campaign at Lancaster University which provides a central point of resources for Lancaster University staff to access information about the different ways to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Keep up to date with the 'Healthy Living campaign' across the University by following Lancaster Campus Life on social media.
