This year, we're running some fantastic free taster sessions during Welcome Week.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to stay active whilst studying at Lancaster. To kick things off and get you on your fitness journey, we're running some fitness sessions in Welcome Week to give you a taste of what's on offer at the Sports Centre.

All sessions will take place at the Sports Centre, unless stated otherwise.
