I want to be able to give people the opportunity to be healthier and stronger.
I have always been involved in sport from a very young age enjoying cycling, swimming and basketball until I found my passion in kayaking. When I finished my career competing internationally as a semi-professional kayaker, it left me with a void to fill and I found myself becoming more and more interested in the fitness industry. I have spent the last 5 years trying many different styles of training, body building, power lifting, CrossFit and Olympic lifting.
Lots of training techniques today are inefficient and ineffective at achieving goals; having struggled with this during the early stages of my training, I now pride myself on being able to ensure people are moving effectively and correctly to see results as quickly as possible.
I believe that everyone has a right to be able to run in the park with their kids and be able to pick up their kids without “gassing out” or “putting their back out”.
