Personal training is just that: personal.

We all have different goals and requirements depending upon our lifestyle, fitness levels and age.

My qualifications and experience have been gathered since I first qualified in 1996.

I work with a mix of clients ranging from total beginners to the experienced trainer and also offer pre/post pregnancy training and support.

If you are new to exercise and feel you would like the support of training with a friend this is also an option.

Activity based personal training for children

I am a qualified nursery nurse and children's fitness instructor and regularly deliver sessions in primary and secondary schools.

It is possible to consult me if you feel you would like your child or child and friend to access some fun activity fitness sessions to improve their general fitness. These sessions focus on activity not weights and take place outside using ladders, ropes, mini hurdles, balance ropes and BOSU equipment and are aimed at improving speed, agility, coordination using safe and effective technique.
