Boxing has always been a passion of mine; from a young age I have trained and competed in amateur boxing. This has honed my skills in weight management and self-discipline, but most importantly, shown me the importance of training correctly.

Training and competing in Mixed Martial Arts has given me personal as well as professional experience and knowledge in many aspects of fitness. My understanding of specific sports conditioning, weight management, and body mechanics means that I am able to create progressive sport-specific programmes to help you develop your skills and fitness and ultimately increase your performance.
