Les Mills BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP, a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.
Les Mills BODYCOMBAT
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories** along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Les Mills SPRINT
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.
Les Mills BODYBALANCE
Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga workout that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. Set to the perfect soundtrack, you can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
Les Mills BODYJAM
LES MILLS BODYJAM™ is a totally unique dance workout, combining the freshest moves with the latest cutting-edge music. From house to hip-hop, and everything in between, you will learn a better quality of movement that will get your body moving, heart pumping and endorphins flowing. Whether it’s the 30-45-minute track list, BODYJAM delivers a dance workout like nothing else to leave you feeling empowered.
Blitz your body into shape in a circuits session with a series of high-energy stations. Designed to be challenging, fun, energetic, varied and addictive. Blitz that stubborn body fat to create a taut, lean, well-defined body.
This Olympic Sport encourages flexibility and movement skills throwing techniques & floor work. It teaches discipline, respect for other people and builds self-confidence in a safe and fully supervised environment. This class has a maximum of 30 spaces.
Hatha Yoga is defined as movement that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration. The class is designed for all levels and provides a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and breathing techniques.
An all-around strength and cardio session using a variety of equipment. The classes are held indoors in the sports hall and hold up to 36 people.
Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping routines using weighted drumsticks to amazing music.
Groove It is a conditioning easy to follow Dance class for all levels. We challenge the core, balance, strengthen legs, glutes and arms to music you can't help but sing and move to.
An addictive and highly effective class, building endurance and toning in your legs and glutes. An excellent cardiovascular workout!
Yoga & Pilates Mix
A fusion class of Pilates flow moves and Yoga poses. This workout helps you stretch and rebalance your body, calms and focuses your mind, leaving you feeling refreshed ready for the rest of your day. This class has a maximum of 18 spaces and is for all levels.
A low impact water based fitness class where no swimming skills are needed. This is a full body workout that will improve range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance, using the resistance of the water to lessen the impact on the feet, knees and back. Enjoy the combination of fun music and easy to follow exercises. This class is suitable for all, but particularly for those with mobility issues or hip and knee pain as the water will support your joints allowing you to get stronger without the pain associated with weight bearing exercises.

Beginner Climbing Class
This course will teach you how to climb. The instructors will provide you with the fundamental skills and you can develop the experience required to become a registered climber. As a guide, it usually takes between 3 & 5 lessons to become competent at climbing.
Improver Climbing Class
This class is for those who want to improve their climbing technique and push their grade. Our climbing instructors will tailor the session to your needs and ability
A family climb session is great for those who would like to get an idea of what indoor climbing involves and have some fun with the family. The session will consist of learning basic skills such as fitting a harness, tying a figure of eight knot and belaying, you'll then do some bouldering and top roping.
