You no longer need to book gym sessions. Members should bring their card and use this to swipe in at the reception gates and on all the gym doors. Pay and play users should stop at reception to pay for each session to activate their entry card every visit.
Split over two levels, our Fitness Suite includes a 100-station gym with an extensive range of cardiovascular and resistance machines.
However you like to workout, we've got you covered. A wide range of state-of-the-art cardio, resistance and functional equipment, and of course, all the free weights you'd expect from a competition standard gym.
Want to use a bike? We've got upright bikes, skill bikes, spin bikes, assault bikes, watt bikes. The range of equipment we have is vast. You can be sure that all our equipment is in immaculate condition and ready for you to use. If you're not sure how to use something, just ask one of our fully trained, fully qualified staff to give you a demonstration.

Strength & Conditioning Room
Opened in 2018, the room is built to competition standard and is home to an array of weight racks, benches and conditioning equipment.
Best known as the red block that you see from the outside of the building, the Strength and Conditioning Room comprises of two parts. A 400m2 conditioning room, filled with the very best equipment from Technogym and a new Human Performance Lab that is utilised by researchers and students from the Faculty of Health and Medicine.
The room includes but is not limited to; racks, benches, free weights, watt bikes, curved unpowered treadmills, ski ergometer, rowing machines and other functional equipment.
