100 Torca de los Canes (Cueva de Basura)
Riaño VP51540049 Alt. 157m Length 180m

Updated 19th February 1999

The entrance slope is a pile of festering rubbish. This leads to two circular halls, one of which contains a 7m blind pot. Routes become too low after splitting into two parallel passages.

In 1994, both prehistoric and medieval pottery were found in the passage before the first circular hall. These and black markings are described in Smith 1998b.
