458 Hidden Hole

The entrance, with a fluctuating draught, lies in the shakehole behind the scar that holds Hammered Hole (457).

A small rift leads to a tight vertical drop into a larger rift passage. At a chock-stone a 5m pitch drops into 5m of rift passage to a tight, undescended hole which appears to be 'at least 30m deep'. Probably joins with Hammered Hole (site 457) but needs checking out.

The co-ordinates may be slightly wrong.
