During my undergraduate degree, I developed an interest in probability and statistics \u2013 particularly in my final year, where I developed an interest in Markov Chain Monte Carlo and completed my dissertation on Discrete-Time Markov Chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I joined STOR-i because of the opportunity to work with industry partners in real-world applications of statistics and operation research. I also wanted to explore the wide range of research areas in order to make a more informed choice for my PhD. I explored these research areas and developed my skills during my MRes year (graduated 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In my free time I enjoy playing board games, reading books, and all things Doctor Who!
