About me
Hi my name is Jimmy and I am an PhD student at STOR-i. Before this, I was an undergraduate student at the University of Glasgow from 2020-2024.

My current research is on optimisation within both deterministic and stochastic realm, with focuses on problems encountered by Shell within portfolio allocation, as well as vessel scheduling problems. My project is currently supervised by Dr. Jamie Fairbrother and Prof. Adam Letchford, and in partnership with Shell.
Projects I have undertaken prior to my PhD includes my undergraduate dissertation, which focuses on investigating potential impact of green finance on global emissions, and my STOR-i internship project, which focuses on simulation of simple and complex queueing system.
